Leaks caused by improper installation or fastener failure — we've seen this in Capitol Hill flat roofs
Cracking or curling on Malarkey shingles within the first 10 years
Ice dam damage to underlayment in Park Hill homes — we fix it, not just patch it
Ridge cap blow-offs from installation error (common in strong wind zones near I-25)
Workmanship issues on all flashings, valleys, and pipe boots we install
